REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 10 days of the ship date. Any returned item(s) must be in the original condition with any tags/labels still attached and be returned in the original packaging that the order included. Items must be unworn. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked 'FINAL SALE' may not be exchanged or returned.
International customers are responsible for arranging a shipping method for returning the item to us and covering the related return shipping costs.

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via USPS ground delivery ("Standard Shipping") for $7.00; expedited options are also available at additional cost. Tracking links are emailed upon shipment to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that extra manufacturing time may be required for certain pieces. Any special promotions will have specific lead times quoted on the product page. Most in-stock items should ship within 1 week, however please note any longer lead times that may apply when ordering.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift Cards purchased on this website shall be valid for Amelia Rose Design online and/or telephone purchases only and redeemable for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are sent electronically and/or by mail. Any unused amount on a Gift Card shall remain valid for future purchases only, however Massachusetts residents may request a refund on the Gift Card once the redeemed balance is at least 90% of its total value. A lost Gift Card may only be replaced with proper proof of purchase. When applicable, sales tax shall be applied at the time of redemption.
REPAIRS:
In the unlikely event damage occurs to your jewelry, Amelia Rose will repair your item free of charge within the first 6 months from purchase. After such time a $20 repair fee shall apply to any repaired item. Repair servicing typically takes 2-4 weeks. If you are interested in having your jewelry re-plated (14k gold or sterling silver) please email us (help@ameliarosejewelry.com) and we will be happy to assist; nominal fee may apply.
CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY:
With proper care your Amelia Rose jewelry will last indefinitely. Proper care includes storing your jewelry with anti-tarnish strips, in an air-tight jewelry container/box or sealed plastic bag. Be sure to take off your jewelry before exposure to water as well as any application of hair spray, perfume and/or hand cream. For jewelry cleaning tips, please email help@ameliarosejewelry.com. Please note that sterling silver jewelry and plated jewelry may tarnish over time. We are happy to help re-plate your jewelry if that is the issue. With proper care and storage however your jewelry should not readily tarnish.
STERLING SILVER, GOLD-PLATED AND GOLD-FILLED JEWELRY:
To ensure the lasting beauty of your silver, gold-plated (including gold vermeil) and/or gold-filled jewelry please be sure to follow our guidelines here for proper care. Exposure to certain chemicals and jewelry cleaners can cause the gold plating to deteriorate. Be sure to remove your jewelry before applying, sunscreen, perfumes, lotions and/or any other beauty products or sprays. Gold-plated and gold-filled jewelry should never be worn while swimming. Should your gold-plated or gold-filled jewelry need to be cleaned, we only recommend using mild soap with water and a soft cloth to do so. Amelia Rose stands behind all our jewelry that is properly cared for.
